The project envisages a new Tattoo salon in the ground floor part of the multi-apartment building, where there is already a ground floor area with a public program. The salon is organized on two floors: on the ground floor with the entrance, a waiting room and working units, and on the basement floor with service areas. A low-cost renovation is planned, in which the treatments of the existing walls are used in such a way as to remove the original layers of previous wall coatings. Certain walls shall be clad with concrete bricks and those in the service areas shall be covered with ceramic tiles. In this way, an interweaving of different wall structures is created, giving the space additional depth. At the same time, in a symbolic/artistic sense, it represents the cover of the salon, like skin in all its shades and textures.

In the central part, there is a multifunctional furniture element made of toned plywood. The interplay of the existing, the old and the new, gives the salon uniqueness and a kind of identity.
