The renovated foyer is located next to the Small Stage, at the top floor of the Slovenian National Theatre Drama. The requirement was to create an intimate atmosphere foyer, where the guests could gather during the breaks. The foyer also serves as a gallery exhibiting the photos of the theatre production. The gallery wall is combined with mirror strips that rhythmically merge the viewer with the actor’s images. Dark colours, carpets on the walls and soft lightning are used as the continuation of the stage/hall experience. Along with the foyer the entrance wardrobe and corridors were also renovated, using the same design approach.
